The left tab of the Skill Window displays skills which you acquire from your chosen class. The second tab at the bottom, labeled "Special", is reserved for other types of skills.

National Buffs
As a citizen of Elerd, you will be given three passive buffs. Like racial skills, these are acquired automatically as you level. Citizens of Rogwel will receive random bonuses to their accessories, instead of buffs.
