Steam Core Wars is a special event that takes place in the Military Outpost and Crystal Henge. The goal is take all or the majority of the Steam Cores before the thirty minute time limit is up. Winners will receive entrance to the Mercenary Trove or Crystal Altar respectively, where they can fight monsters that have a higher chance of dropping rare items in addition to Carius/Disouther Fuel.
